AmeriNutri offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

The information provided on this site, including any promotional materials or scientific references, is for educational purposes only. By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with a 30-day notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. 

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Nutrition Company Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which American Nutrition Company Inc. is incorporated.

SECTION 6 - USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY 

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
