At AmeriNutri, we stand behind the quality of our pharmaceutical-grade protocols. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Eligibility
- Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund (less shipping fees) if returned in original, sealed packaging.
- Opened Products: We do not accept returns for opened dietary supplements (e.g., NAD+ Synergy Max®).
- Exclusions: Final Sale items, promotional gifts, and bulk orders (more than 10 units of a single item) are not eligible for return.
Return Process
1. Authorization: Contact our support team at sales@amerinutrico.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
3. Inspection: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Lost Items Please report any items damaged in transit within 48 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once a delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
